ARUKONA THEPPA KULAM: Located at the foot of the Thirukulam hill of this temple, it is given as the hexagonal Theppakulam. The Thirukkulam is decorated in a hexagonal shape with steps made of black stones. Amidst the year-round standing water in Thirukkulam, Arupadai Veedu Murugaperumuna Neerazhi Mandapam is built of black stone.Deepaarthi is displayed by devotees during Mada Krithika. Theppakulam is open for darshan to devotees daily from 05.30 pm to 07.30 pm, on special days from 10.00 am to 01.00 pm and from 05.30 pm to 07.30 pm.
