Parigaram: 1.This temple is at a height of 750 feet 2.Perumal has done special Pratikksha for the Saptarishis in this Thiruthalam 3. Immalai Eka Sila Parvatam (Mountain made of one stone) 4. Vishvamitra Maharishi visited Narasimha on this hill and got the title of Brahma Maharishi. 5. Kadi Nazhigai (24 minutes) Moksha can be attained by staying on this mountain 6.

Witchcraft, Evil etc. will be removed by visiting this Narasimha 7. It is believed that if the devotees bathe in the Takkan Pool (Brahma Theertha) for 48 days and serve Perumal in this Thiruthalam, Perumal will appear in their dreams and resolve their grievances. And the specialty of this place is that people who do not have Buddhi Swadeenam are completely cured without any medical treatment by serving in this way. 8. It is special that the moon and the sun have eternally resided in the Thiruvadis of Narasimha 9. Peyazhwar, Nammazhwar and Thirumangaiyazhwar recited Pathikam and performed Mangalasasana for this temple.

10. It is special that the Amritvalli mother of this Thiruthalam gives nectarine fruits to the devotees by dreaming. 11. It is special that Bhaktosita Perumal gets up and prays at the temple as the best utsavar of the devotees. 12. In this Thiruthalam, the auspicious Lord Narasimha is in yogic state for 11 months and in the month of Karthika, he opens his eyes and opens his yogic state. 13. It is special only in this Thiruthalam that the auspicious Anjaneya blesses the devotees with the conch wheel in the yoga position.

Services

Annadhanam: The food donation scheme announced by the Tamil Nadu government is going on well in this temple. Food is given to 100 people daily. Permanent patrons are welcome for this scheme. If they pay Rs.60,000/-, the amount will be invested in the bank and annadhanam will be given in their name once a year on the day of the beneficiarys choice. Beneficiaries in this scheme can participate in the food donation scheme by paying Rs.3,500/- per day. Donations to this scheme are eligible for income tax exemption as per Income Tax Department S.B.80G.nically prepared and the annathanam is served to devotees using tables and chairs.Devotees who want to donate can directly send to Bank Name : State Bank of India, A/c No : 11002360981, IFSC Code : SBIN0007611, Branch : Sholinghur bank account.

    Ropecar will be Operated from 8.30 A.M to 5.00 P.M, Per day 1000 Devotess only Allowed. On festival Days Ropeway will be Operated from 6.00 AM to 6.00 PM

    Vehicle Parking Facility is available at Periyamalai Adivaram of the Temple.Parking Rs. 10/- van, bus, parking Rs.20/- charged.

  • Library Facility

    Solingar, Arulmiku Pakhtoshidaperumal temple has library facilities. It also contains more than 100 spiritual books.The library is open from 7.00 AM to 12.00 PM and from 5.00 PM to 8.00 PM.

  • Karunai Illam

    Karunai home for students was being run by this temple since 16.09.1998. At present, there are no students. Also, 11 years to 17 years of age can stay and study at Karuna House.

    First Aid Center at Periyamalai and Chinnamalai Adivaram. Also free medical services and medicines are available for free.

  • Dholi

    harged Dolly facilities are run by private individuals.Can be used from 6.00 am to 4.00 pm. It can also be used by the physically challenged and the elderly. Currently, the work of constructing the ropecar is going on by the temple administration and all the works are nearing completion. It will be brought to the use of the devotees in the coming time

  • Bath Room Facility

    A total of 36 washrooms have been constructed for men-18 and women-18 at Periyamalai Sinhalamalai Urthirukoil and parking lot and temporary toilets are set up as and when the need arrives.There is no charge for these toilets.

  • Tonsure Facility

    There is a mandapam for offering hair near Takkankulam. Now the devotees can give Mudikanika free of cost.

  • Drinking Water R.O.

    There is a purified drinking water facility within the temple premises. Also, a drinking water facility has been provided for 100 stairs and is being used by devotees
