After Brahma appealed to Lord Vishnu, Lord Vishnu took the form of Hayagriva with the face of a horse and extended the four Vedas and 64 arts to them.Hayagarivar who has the specialty of rising up in the temple and performing service in a yogic position with the four arms of the conch wheel, and worshiping him on Wednesdays and Thursdays and Thiruvonam Aagi platforms will increase academic memory and speech skills.Worshiping this Hayagrivar Perumal on Wednesday of 13th week and crawling 2 times will improve academic ability. Speechless childrens can offer honey to this Hayagriva Perumal and visit one Mandal for 48 days to get speech.

Best in Donation Annadanam Arulmiku Devanatha Perumal Thirukoil Annadanana scheme is in operation since 14.01.2006 By order Honble Chief Minister. Daily 50 people are given alms. If they pay 1750 as service fee they will be given a day of their choice.and paying a fixed deposit of Rs.40,000 on their birthday (or) and one day in the year of his/her choice as alms is being given in their favour.
