    Subramaniya swamy is seated in Thirukalayana Kolam. Sri Sathyagireeswarar, sree vinayagar, Sri Durgai, Sri Subramanyar, Sri Ganapathi, Sri Pavalakhanivai Perumal are seated stand side by side and bless the devotees. Nakkirar, Sun, Moon, Gayathiri, Savithri, Siddhavidhyadharar, Kalaimagal, Braman Indiran Mathanga munivar Guga munivar are present around main deity of Muruga.

    Balabhishekam Thirupparankundram will be done only for the sake of Lord Murugan

Services

Annadhanam: The best charity among charities is almsgiving. Alms is being distributed to 125 people daily at 12.30 noon with a spirit of service. Daily Alms Rs.4500/- for 125 persons (one day) and Rs.65000/- for fixed deposit fund (one day in a year). Donors can claim income tax exemption (80G).

    Wedding Halls : 1) Valli Wedding Hall 2) Devasena Wedding Hall There are two wedding halls.

    For the convenience of the devotees, a storage room (with surveillance camera) has been set up in front of the temple to keep the belongings of the devotees safe.

  • Drinking Water R.O.

    1) For all the devotees visiting the temple, clean drinking water connections have been installed near the Tiruvachi Mandapam in the temple premises. Purified drinking water is provided to all the devotees who visit the Swami daily. 2) Free purified drinking water is provided to all the devotees who come to visit the Swami near the Kambathadi Mandapam in the temple premises. 3) Free purified drinking water is provided at the convenience of the devotees near the park on Kriwalap Path. 4) Free purified drinking water is provided at the hostel for the convenience of the devotees.

Tank Information

  • Lakshmi Thirtham

    Before entering the temple, devotees wash their hands and feet in this theertha and leave. Devotees buy salt, pepper, Jaggery, etc. To get rid of skin diseases and all sins in this thirtham. They also put pori (made by rice) to the fish and say that this theertham was made by Lord Muruga for the Goddess Theivanai.

  • Teppakulam

    Description of the pond - It is near the highway on the north side from the base of the cliff. It is also known as Sathyakoopam. It is here that the theppam festival is held for Lord Muruga in the month of Thai.

  • Saravana Poigai

    Description of the Pond - Saravana Poigai- Two miles to the east of the temple is about 4 acre. The hill on the south side and long stairs on the north side adds to the beauty of the pond. People often go to worship after bathing in this pool. To the east of its base, is said to have been made by Murugan thirukai vel.
