Others: This temple is facing the Eastern direction. In a Single Peedam, there are five structures made of Holy Sand (Puttru Mann). In the main Sanctum Sanctorum there are five structures and those are Goddess Muthalamman, Manonmani Sakthi, Itcha Sakthi, Kriya Sakthi, and Gnana Sakthi. Facing in the north direction, there is a single peedam with deities Muthu Pechi and Muthu Rakkachi are of the Holy sand and facing in the southern direction a single peedam with Muthu Karuppar and opposite to Muthalamman, there is a Pancha Peedam, Munnodian (Ancestor) Peedam are there with open terrace. This world functions only with five Holy aspects (Pancha Pootham). On this basis, Muthalamman was created as five Holy structures.This temple is facing the Eastern direction.
