Others: Visitors to this temple can also see the Kudaivar temple which is located on a small hill behind this temple. To the east of the Mahadeva temple is the Kudaivar temple, which is under the control of the Archeology Department of the Central Government. The place where this hill is located is called Ulutupparai. It is m length and m width. There are two full pillars and two half pillars. The mandapam is south facing.
In the small room on the left side of the front mandapa there is a Shiva lingam shrine. There are vegetable paintings on the walls of this shrine. Until about a few years ago, it was recorded that Ganapati, Tatshinamurthy, Kali and Nataraja were present here.
